1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Bunqr LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services.
3. Services Description
Bunqr LLC provides business development training and consulting services for international entrepreneurs, including but not limited to:
- Business structuring workshops (LLC formation, EIN guidance)
- US market entry strategy and planning
- Corporate compliance training
- One-on-one executive coaching
- Strategic networking and partner introductions
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for our services
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
5. Payments and Fees
Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified:
- Fees are due as specified in the service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, training content, frameworks, and deliverables created by Bunqr LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a license to use materials for their internal business purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
8. Disclaimers
Our training and consulting services are provided on an advisory basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.
Our advice should not be considered as legal, financial, or tax advice. We recommend consulting appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunqr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bunqr LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
