Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of training and consulting services provided by Bunqr LLC. We strive to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
2. Consultation Bookings
Initial Consultations
Initial consultation calls are complimentary. No refund is applicable as no payment is required.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may affect future booking privileges.
3. Training Programs & Workshops
- Before program starts: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Within first 7 days: 75% refund if less than 25% of content has been accessed
- After 7 days: No refund, but program access remains for the agreed duration
4. Consulting Engagements
Project-Based Services
- Before work begins: Full refund of deposits, minus a 10% administrative fee
- After work has commenced: Refunds prorated based on work completed
- Completed deliverables: No refund for work delivered and approved
Retainer Services
- Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the service month has begun
- Cancellation requires 30 days written notice
- Unused hours do not roll over unless specified in the agreement
5. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a service or request a refund:
- Send a written request to contact@bunqr.net
- Include your name, program/service details, and reason for cancellation
- Allow up to 14 business days for review and processing
6. Refund Processing
- Credit card payments: Refunded within 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: Refunded within 7-14 business days
- Other methods: Timeframe communicated upon approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (filing fees, registered agent fees, etc.)
- Custom research or analysis that has been completed
- Emergency or expedited service fees
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may request a secondary review by contacting us within 14 days of the initial decision.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
